Eight Rivers Files FOIA Regarding October 7th PSD Meeting

Eight Rivers Safe Development, Inc. filed a Freedom of Information Act request to the Pocahontas Public Service District on October 16, 2008.

The purpose of this FOIA is to understand the purpose and outcome of a meeting held on October 7th at Slatyfork, West Virginia between PSD members Scott Millican and Bill Rexrode, Senator Walt Helmick and others.

This meeting was not publicly noticed.

Pursuant to the West Virginia Freedom of Information Act, please produce the following documents relating to the meeting, attended by PSD members Rexrode and Millican (and others), held on or about October 7, 2008 at the Slatyfork Community Center: (1) the public notice for the meeting; (2) any minutes, notes, recordings, etc. of the meeting; (3) any documents reviewed by Messrs. Rexrode and Millican during or prior to the meeting; and (4) any other documents reflecting discussion, deliberation, and/or any decision(s) made or action(s) taken by the PSD as a result of the meeting.
